As a mom of a 15-year-old football athlete and a 12-year-old softball athlete, I’ve had countless conversations with parents and young athletes who are doing everything they can to succeed—but to no fault of their own, they don’t understand how important it is to prioritize the one thing that could make the biggest impact: NUTRITION.

 

Seeing this gap is what inspired me to create this program. But my journey didn’t start here.

I’ve been working with athletes for over 20 years as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, specializing in both strength & conditioning AND helping athletes fuel for performance, hormone optimization, and overall health. I’ve worked with university-level sports teams, minor sports teams, individual athletes, coaches, and parents—helping them unlock their full potential through proper nutrition and recovery strategies.

As a parent myself, I now see firsthand how much time, money, energy, and heart go into supporting an athlete’s dream.

 

I created this program to give parents the knowledge and tools from a trusted resource, to ensure their investment (time, money, and heart) pays off by fueling their athletes for elite performance, longevity, and success.
