The Love Move Vibe programs all focus on self-care and self-love first. The underlying goal is to "shift" your mind, and your body will follow. (No one likes change, so we make small shifts internally and externally so you can achieve measurable AND non-measurable success!)

We do this together, not only via nutritional & mindset coaching but pairing that with FUNCTIONAL movement programs that are TAILORED to you.

Melissa began her journey over 20 years ago in sports and developed a passion for health and fitness. Initially focusing on nutrition to enhance the performance of minor league and university athletes, she later shifted her approach to a more functional and holistic perspective. Melissa started her practice in 2010 and has worked with women and men from all walks of life. From those who may be on a new health journey, entrepreneurs, traveling executives, stay-at-home moms, former fitness competitors, professional athletes, and more. Her main area of focus included examining the effects of nutrition, inactivity, and a deeper understanding of our body’s inner workings. Driven by her desire to empower both men and women to reach optimal health, she lives by the mantra,

As a mother of three and a former fitness athlete, Melissa knows how to navigate a busy, holistic lifestyle. In 2010, she returned to school to become a certified holistic health coach. Her methodology is gentle, delving beyond mere diets or workout regimens.

As a supporter of the #bodypositivity and #dietculturedropout movements, she advocates for a lifestyle free of restrictions or limitations, emphasizing the importance of consuming high-vibration foods and engaging in activities you genuinely enjoy!

 

Melissa offers group coaching as well as customized 1:1 coaching - lifestyle programs tailored to individual needs.

There are no rules—just a genuine desire to help you become the absolute BEST version of YOURSELF!
